We are looking for an Associate Engagement Manager to join our Public Administration business and support the growth of our engineering services portfolio within public sector organizations.

The selected candidate will join our Emerging Business Leader Development Program , gaining hands‐on experience in sales, account management, and strategic business development while working closely with senior leaders and key public sector clients.

The Associate Engagement

Manager will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting innovative engineering and consulting solutions for government agencies and public institutions. An engineer with around 3 years of experience who is looking to transition into a client‐facing business role, combining technical expertise with commercial development and long‐term leadership opportunities within the Public Administration sector.



Support the development and execution of business growth strategies within the Public Administration sector.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities related to engineering and technical services. Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling value propositions and commercial offers. Participate in client meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. Contribute to sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue growth objectives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar).

MBA or postgraduate studies in Business Management will be considered a strong asset. Business development, sales, account management, or consulting environments. Previous exposure to Public Administration clients is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development.

Fluent

Spanish. High level of English (minimum C1 preferred). Clear career path toward engagement management and business leadership roles. Exposure to strategic public sector accounts and large‐scale engineering projects. Continuous professional development and mentoring from senior leaders.
