Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the fast-paced customer support services industry.




- Represent our premium clients by maintaining high standards of communication in native-level Danish.

- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to track support trends.

- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
