VHIR offers a vacant position for a Healthcare & Research Lawyer to develop tasks within the Legal Unit. The unit's main objectives are to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in institutional activities, particularly in biomedical research, and to provide legal advice and support to VHIR researchers, services, and units.Main responsibilities and dutiesParticipate in the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of contracts and amendments handled by the Legal Unit.Provide legal advice and support to VHIR’s scientific community and organisational units on matters related to biomedical research and healthcare.Support the Legal Unit in ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Education and qualificationsRequiredLaw Degree.Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (professional proficiency).DesirableMaster's Degree.Experience and knowledgeRequiredAt least 1 years’ experience working in a research environment.Experience in contract review, drafting, or legal analysis.Good analytical, organisational,
