A new kosher restaurant in Valencia, Spain is looking for an experienced Chef to join the project.

The restaurant is currently under renovation, with the opening planned for approximately within the next 2 months. However, there is already ongoing work: preparing food for Jewish holidays, Shabbat, private events, and takeaway orders.

Requirements:

- Proven professional experience as a Chef.
- Strong knowledge of kosher cuisine and Kashrut requirements.
- Thorough understanding of meat/dairy separation and the requirements regarding ingredients, cookware, kitchen equipment, and kosher kitchen organization.
- Experience preparing food for Shabbat and Jewish holidays is a strong advantage.
- Ability to independently organize and manage kitchen operations.
- Experience with menu planning and kitchen workflow management.
- Responsible, organized, and professional approach.




- Willingness to participate in launching a new restaurant and establishing the kitchen operation from the ground up.

Duties:

- Preparing high-quality kosher dishes.
- Preparing food for Shabbat, Jewish holidays, events, and takeaway orders.
- Organizing and supervising kitchen operations.
- Ensuring full compliance with Kashrut requirements.
- Participating in menu development and preparing the kitchen for the restaurant opening.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Eventually building and managing the kitchen team.

Schedule:
During the current pre-opening stage, the schedule will depend on orders, Jewish holidays, events, and Shabbat. xqbhyrx Following the restaurant opening, a regular full-time schedule will be established and agreed with the Chef and management.
