Contract: Permanent Employment Contract Work Model: Hybrid (2 office days / 3 remote days after onboarding) At Air Products, our European Shared Services Centre in Barcelona supports customers and operations across Europe in a truly international environment. We are looking for a Customer Payment Resolution Specialist to join our Credit & Collections team and help ensure timely customer payments while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, customer service and finance colleagues to resolve payment issues.

As our Customer Payment Resolution Specialist, you will... Anticipate and communicate with customer services, sales representative, customer about disputed items, present and potential payment issues, credit hold situation Support and be backup for other collector's associates Fluency in Polish (C2/native level) and a communicative level of English Completed studies (degree not required in Business Administration or Economics, but any completed studies are required)



Understanding of customer accounts and general business workflows.
