Banco Santander’s Economic Research Department provides economic and financial analysis to support the Group’s strategic decision-making and its planning, risk management and capital allocation processes. Within the department, the Latin America area coordinates the macroeconomic analysis of the countries where Santander has a presence in the region and integrates local perspectives into a coherent regional view connected to the Group’s global economic outlook.
