As Engineering Manager at Factorial, you lead with hands-on involvement, guiding teams through AI-native product shaping and delivery. You work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust, scalable solutions. You’ll mentor engineers, drive hiring, and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, shaping AI-powered workflows that matter to customers.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL) and building integrations
- Experience with scalability, performance, and production-quality systems
- Business-minded with ability to connect xugodme technical decisions to customer outcomes
- Stakeholder communication and problem-solving mindset
- Comfort with cross-team collaboration and platform-wide impact
- Experience contributing to or leading AI-powered features or workflows
