We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Integral High Tech (GHT) team and lead the execution of complex industrial water treatment projects for high-tech industries . This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial definition through commissioning and start-up, maintaining a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Track and monitor performance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to KPIs as time, quality and cost Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Mechanical / Civil /Chemical Engineering Master Degree More than 5 years of experience in managing project Erection, Construction, Commissioning and start-up.





Proven experience in managing project that involves civil works Proven experience managing, reviewing and validating main Engineering documents necessary to develop water treatment plants such as P&ID;, PFD, mass balance, Piping Drawings, Isometrics, wiring diagram, Logic Diagram, Control Narrative English & French fluent written and verbal Be aware of main ISO Quality Assurance Requirements Be familiar with specific tools for project management (Ms Projects or equivalent) Agile mindset able to approach multidisciplinary topics Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 At Ecolab, we prioritize our talent‐first philosophy by creating the most capable and diverse team to excel at our nearly three million customer sites.
