About the role

The Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant will support H&M; customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions. - Native level of Finnish Fluen English Fashion-oriented
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling financial and customer information

Salary

€21,000 per year (gross)

One honest note on Barcelona: rents are higher than in Lisbon or Sofia, so budget accordingly when you weigh up the package.
