Our guidelines will include component specification, quality assurance, delivery time, pricing, and sustainability policy.

Assurance Quality

Product, Process Quality and work with Engineering to develop standards Define Final vehicle process quality assurance and implement auditplanning. Work with engineering to achieve Legal vehicle homologation and certification for different countries and requirements Establish and implement Quality System Management Maintain and update the process control plan. Collaboration in the management of the supply chain at all times(presenting the Just in time philosophy) Be a leading figure within the company,

Quality Management Systems: Technical expertise in working with engineering teams to achieve legal vehicle homologation and certifications across different countries. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing philosophy and the implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) supply chain management.

Process Control: Ability to develop and maintain process control plans, standards, and part homologation protocols with suppliers.

Supplier Management: Skilled in defining, negotiating with, and controlling suppliers to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and sustainability guidelines. A proactive approach to managing resolutions of concerns and promoting continuous improvement across all product stages.

Experience managing approved budgets and applying Return on Investment (ROI) considerations to all projects.
