Global Category Manager (m/w/d) - H&T; Presspart Division

Preferred location of the adecuado candidate: Spain, Germany, or the United Kingdom.

Your experience, skills and education:

- Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least five years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, category management, or strategic sourcing
- Experience in the procurement of injection molds, ideally with RFQ processes, as well as the technical and commercial interfaces surrounding mold acceptance/service
- Confident work in a matrix organization and experience in collaborating with various functions and locations
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic and cooperative work style, as well as the ability to reconcile different interests and establish joint solutions
- Fluent English skills. Further language skills are an advantage.




- Experience with plastic or metal raw materials and divisional category management is desirable

Your key responsibilities

- Development and responsibility for divisional category strategies for injection molds and selected material categories
- Harmonization of supplier approaches, commercial frameworks, and practical sourcing standards within the Presspart Division
- Consolidation of site-wide requirements and moderation of cross-functional decisions with local and divisional stakeholders
- Leadership and support of negotiations on framework agreements, commercial terms, and service models
- Further development of supplier transparency, supplier governance, supplier evaluation, and risk management
- Identification and reduction of procurement risks and close collaboration with purchasing, engineering, product development, industrialization, and operations
