What You Will Do
Oversee the daily functioning and monitor operations of both the FX trading and settlement platforms, ensuring stability, efficiency, and accuracy in all processes, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and workflow automation. Participate actively in the testing environments of both platforms, collaborating with IT teams to validate new releases, functionalities, and fixes before production deployment. Ensure that all operational activities comply with internal procedures and applicable regulations, contributing to the preparation of reports and updates required by supervisory bodies regarding system performance and key operational indicators. At least 2 years of experience in financial markets operations or post-trade environments. Experience in a quality assurance or operations role, including testing or UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes within financial systems is highly valued. Strong analytical, problem-solving,



communication skills, and ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a small, collaborative team.
