We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our finance team in Barcelona, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities within Allianz Technology. In this role, you will help ensure accurate financial tracking and provide analytical support to drive informed business decisions across the organization.

Assist in budget planning, tracking, and variance analysis against actuals.

Collaborate with business units to gather, validate, and consolidate financial data.

Support cost center analysis and identify areas for efficiency improvement.

Contribute to ad-hoc financial analyses and business cases as requested by senior controllers.

Help ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships or academic projects in finance/controlling are valued).





Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
