Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales and management in the Spanish/Portuguese energy storage market, working closely with solutions, MKT, and service delivery to actively achieve sales targets.
2. Understand key account needs, establish good cooperation models with customers, and conduct effective communication.
3. Develop and maintain direct customers in the region, as well as manage and develop distributors and agents in the region.
4. Coordinate with production and sales departments to organize and prepare customer delivery plans, ensuring product supply.
5. Provide feedback on product market dynamics and actively assist in promoting and maintaining the company's brand in the region.
6. Collect market intelligence and product information, and provide strategic references for the direction of the company's new products and strategies.
7. Complete assigned sales tasks and other tasks arranged by superiors as required.
8. Work location: Spain





Qualifications and Experience

1. More than 3 years of relevant sales experience;
2. Sales experience in the power and power supply-related industries; experience in commercial and industrial energy storage or distributed photovoltaic scenarios is preferred.
3. Outstanding sales and business revenue growth performance record;
4. Experience in direct sales and distribution; candidate with agent management capability is preferred;
5. Bachelor's degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or related majors is preferred;
6. Able to travel frequently according to work needs;
7. Team spirit, pioneering spirit, and hardworking;
8. Willing to bear pressure;
9. Good discipline and dedication to work;
10. Keep promises and be honest.
