With production and operational facilities located in the Fuenlabrada area (Madrid), the organization is currently strengthening its finance team and seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support business growth, drive financial performance, and ensure robust financial governance.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Finance Manager will be responsible for: Financial Reporting &

• Control Maintain balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions. Guarantee compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards. Budgeting, Forecasting &

• Performance Management Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Analyze business performance against budget and forecast. Tax, Compliance &

• Statutory Reporting Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.



Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with advisors and auditors. Oversee tax filings and reporting obligations. Maintain strong internal controls and governance processes. Treasury &

• Cash Management Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. Oversee banking relationships and cash forecasting activities. Support treasury and funding requirements. Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.

Internal

Controls & Risk Management Strengthen and continuously improve internal control frameworks. Support internal and external audit processes. Lead and develop the local finance team. Act as a trusted finance partner to the leadership team.

Support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives. Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems. Annual performance bonus. Strategic role with direct exposure to senior management.
