We are supporting a global organisation within the Life Sciences sector that is seeking an experienced IT MDM Lead to drive the delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across a complex commercial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management workstreams. Coordinate development teams, technical discussions, planning sessions, and delivery activities. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful execution. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, SMEs, and programme leadership. Drive governance, reporting, communication, and documentation across the MDM function. Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.





Support commercial systems and data initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment Required Experience Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or broader Life Sciences sector. Strong understanding of data governance, master data processes, data quality, and stewardship principles. Experience coordinating technical teams and managing delivery activities.
