As part of the Multilingual Production Line of Business, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Preparing briefings for every kind of linguistic tasks: translation, post-edition, proofreading, QA for website, SEO
- Scheduling tasks for in-house translators and proofreaders




- Negotiation with freelance translators (tasks to be carried out, deadlines, rates)
- Follow-up of translators ("technical" support, details on instructions)
- Contacting clients for content approvals
- Preparation of the files to be delivered
- Updating of team tools (customer files, supplier files)

Desired Profile

- Higher education in languages or translation
- Familiar with linguistic project management
- Working languages: High level of English and French required
- Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment
- Team player, interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy
- Experience with Trados Studio
- 1-2 years of experience

Conditions

- Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/week
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to18:00
- 23 days of holidays + versátil public holidays
