- Manage and coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third‑party providers, ensuring smooth clearance processes and full regulatory compliance
- Gather and translate business requirements from regional stakeholders into efficient processes and practical solutions
- Promote and ensure best‑in‑class customs and foreign trade practices, acting as a subject matter expert within the global organization
- Support the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of internal customs and foreign trade processes
