The main purpose of this role will be to coordinate the recruitment area ensuring a high standard service for our customers, a human centric approach and an effective and purpose driven coordination of our current recruitment team.

What will your day to day be like?
- Support the implementation of the overall recruiting strategy




- Ensuring an unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose
- Coordinate the recruitment team to ensure objectives and deadlines are reached
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
- Source candidates by using databases and social media, evaluating and screen resumes and cover letters
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Ensure the recruitment provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
