What would you do?
- Lead and coordinate customer deployment projects from planning through market launch, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of standardized project management processes across the European Deployment team.
- Identify project risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement, taking proactive action to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into clear operational plans and solutions.
- Partner with Product, Technical Deployment, and other stakeholders to solve customer needs and ensure alignment.
- Analyze operational and project data to identify insights, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, influencing decisions and negotiating solutions when needed.
- Support the development of the Deployment team by sharing knowledge, strengthening project management capabilities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
