? About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Spain. This role is part of our Industrial White Business Unit, a fast-growing division supplying premium-quality paperboard for industrial and food-related packaging. You will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing APP’s market presence in the region.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and expand sales pipelines for FBB, SBS, WLC and Food Packaging Board.
- Lead negotiations and execute account strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics.
- Collaborate with APP teams in Indonesia to support customer satisfaction.

✅ What You Bring

- 5+ years’ B2B sales experience in Industrial White Boards.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish markets.




- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Degree in Business, International Trade, Sales or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
