An established independent M&A; advisory firm in Madrid is looking to add an Associate to its team. The firm advises shareholders, management teams, private equity investors and corporates across a range of M&A; transactions, with a focus on the Spanish mid-market. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and take meaningful responsibility across the transaction process, from initial analysis through execution and closing. Key responsibilities * Supporting and leading workstreams across buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions * Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses * Preparing teasers, information memoranda, presentations and other transaction materials * Conducting company, industry and market analysis * Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating information flows * Participating in management and client interactions * Working with senior team members throughout the execution process * Supporting transaction documentation and other closing-related activities
