CELAD is accelerating its growth in Spain, with one clear first priority: develop our business in Madrid , before gradually expanding across the rest of the country. To lead this development, we are looking for our future Senior IT Business Manager in Madrid.

Your mission: grow the business, open new accounts, build your client portfolio and gradually develop your local sales, recruitment and consulting teams. You will be able to draw on CELAD's 30+ years of experience in France, our client references, expertise and teams to support your business development. grow your network and build long-term client relationships understand your prospects' and clients' IT and/or industrial challenges and projects qualify their needs and build the right commercial proposals You will have real commercial autonomy, without working in isolation. You will have a direct say in who joins your team, based on the needs of your business.

Together with your team, you will then lead recruitment for client needs: defining target profiles, prioritising requirements, monitoring searches, validating candidates and supporting the process through to assignment start. As the business grows, you will also be able to expand your sales team to support growth in Madrid and, progressively, across Spain. You will therefore build your local organisation step by step, while continuing to benefit from the support of CELAD's established teams in France.

As you win new business, you will also grow your team of consultants. On the client side, you will monitor service quality and nurture relationships to retain accounts and identify new opportunities.





You will sit at the heart of the operation: business development, recruitment and consultant management. You have at least 5 years' experience in an IT consulting or engineering services company, including a track record in business development for professional services in IT and/or industrial environments. You are comfortable with a strong new-business development focus: opening new accounts will be especially important during the first stage of growth in Madrid.

Not everything is set in stone locally yet, so we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help shape and build the business. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. A good command of French would be a strong advantage.

That said, you will not be doing it alone: you will be able to rely on CELAD France's teams, experience, expertise and client references. The development will start in Madrid, where CELAD already has an office. a company payment card, so you do not have to cover business expenses upfront.
