As a Product Engineer in Factorial’s AI-driven Talent Domain, you build and scale AI-powered tools for recruitment, performance, engagement, and training. You’ll shape agentic workflows and LLМ-integrated features that help managers nurture and develop their people. You’ll own design decisions, balance model complexity with reliability, and drive end-to-end experimentation. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing product that aims to transform how work gets done.

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years in software engineering
- Experience shipping AI-powered features and measuring their production impact
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React
- Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly xugodme to non-technical audiences
- Experience with integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments
- Comfort breaking down non-deterministic outputs for team action
