Responsibilities * Integrating product/article data into the systems * Ensuring data integrity and structuring commercial offers and descriptions to guarantee the accuracy of supplier information. * Providing reliable data into the article referencing system to enrich and compare with existing data. * Creating a dedicated database for each campaign to manage integral production and enable the start of the different processes. * Formatting, consolidating, and standardizing commercial offers and description data to enable sales production. * Standardizing and integrating key article information into the PIM using data integration tools (references, sizes, designations, colors, barcodes, attributes, prices & stock if required, etc.) * Ensuring that imported data is compliant with established guidelines and standards, and performing necessary quality checks (including images).



* Communicating with different departments to facilitate sales production (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Management, Buying, Distribution, etc.). * Ensuring data compliance in the systems and addressing any anomalies identified during production. * Providing daily reporting of tasks performed. Requirements * Rigour and attention to detail. * Adaptability. * Strong organisational skills. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously. * Team spirit. * Excel skills (proficient). * Analytical skills. * Languages: Intermediate level in English and French (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an asset.
