and gym in Barcelona Main Duties * Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date. * Manage employee documentation and ensure that HR files are maintained correctly and confidentially. * Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment details, transfers, promotions, absences and offboarding. * Support the migration of employee information and HR data to the new Factorial HR platform. * Review, clean and validate existing employee data prior to migration. Ensure employee information is correctly transferred and maintained within the new platform. * Collaborate with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process. * Assist employees and Managers with basic queries relating to the new HR platform. * Support employees with HR-related needs, questions and concerns, esca
