About the RoleAs our Head of Admin & Finance, you will be the strategic co-pilot to the founders as Wolfiek Group scales into a integral, unified e-commerce leader in the high-end airgun and outdoor gear industry.
You will own our financial architecture, administrative operations, legal compliance, and corporate governance. This is not a passive corporate seat — it is a high-impact, high-trust leadership role for an entrepreneurial finance leader who can balance strategic vision with operational rigor in a fast-paced DTC environment.
You will lead, mentor, and grow our core team (including the Accountant Supervisor, Treasury Analyst, and Billing Analyst) while preparing the group for international scaling, including our expansion into the US market.
Key Responsibilities• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner directly with the CEO and CRO on corporate strategy, long-term financial modeling, capital allocation, and profitability.
• FP&A; & Cash Flow Strategy: Oversee advanced FP&A; cycles, forecasting, working capital optimization, and multi-currency treasury management.




• Legal & Regulatory Governance: Lead cross-border compliance, EU VAT frameworks, international trade regulations, terms & conditions, and e-commerce law (EU & US).
• Admin & HR Operations: Oversee company-wide admin policies, employment contracts, payroll systems, and corporate compliance.
• Systems & Scalability: Optimize our ERP (Odoo) and financial tech stack to support multi-storefront scaling and high transaction volumes.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale the Admin & Finance department, setting clear KPIs and managing external advisors (legal, tax, audit).

What We Are Looking For• 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles (Head of Finance, Finance Director, or Senior Finance Manager), ideally within high-growth e-commerce, retail, or product-based groups.
• Proven track record in Spanish SL corporate law, EU VAT, and cross-border trade compliance.
