We are hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager (focused on Enterprise) to strengthen how n8n defines, positions, and brings its enterprise offering to market.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leadership through influence rather than people management. Your responsibility will be to elevate the quality, consistency, and strategic depth of our enterprise marketing while still delivering hands‐on work across go‐to‐market, messaging, and sales enablement. You will play a leading role in shaping how enterprise marketing operates at n8n, helping the company as we grow and mature our enterprise business.

Own crucial elements of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution Define how enterprise marketing should operate at n8n, including: Market segmentation, persona research and ICP definition Sales enablement management, creation and delivery Develop clear, compelling enterprise positioning and narratives for both technical and business audiences Lead go‐to‐market planning and execution for key launches, features, and strategic initiatives Partner cross‐functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on enterprise priorities The PMM team benefits from stronger senior strategic input, not just execution Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, balancing strategy with execution Strong cross‐functional collaboration with Product, Sales,
