You will take charge of driving and managing significant projects aimed at enhancing our product.

Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders will be essential in achieving project goals. ~ Your insights will shape the future development of our payroll product. ~ Driving GTM and general rollouts: You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and leading global rollouts of our payroll product. Your strategic thinking and project management abilities will ensure successful launches and adoption across different markets. ~ You will investigate and analyze issues related to the payroll product, identifying their root causes and designing effective solutions. You will contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated operational systems and processes that optimize the efficiency and scalability of our payroll operations. 3+ years of experience with financial products, such as PSP, wallets, expanse management, AML tools, credit & collections or credit/debit cards ~ Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases. ~ Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders. ~ Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets)
