Description:

Overall following up the complete order cycle from the order receiving until the order delivery and supporting the customer development team in contacts with the final customers.

Perform the stock management and procurement activities for a range of products on the Make-up portfolio of the company.

Responsibility for the Make-up products master data.

Manage the forecast process for Make-up products.

Supervise the Interface with the Third-party logistic operator concerning stocks movements.

Responsibility for the analysis, follow up and communication of service level KPI reports for the outbound.

Responsibility for analysis and management of logistic penalties.

Responsibilities:

- Assure all daily order entry accomplishing with the logistic cut-off
- Give feedback and solve questions arising from the delivery process
- Support Customer Development team with daily information related to the delivery process
- Create and maintain Make-up products master data on ERP
- Lead and manage Make-up products forecast process
- Build & analyze service level reports following up and solving the daily incidences on the delivery process
- Analyze and manage the logistic penalties from customers
- Analyze stock inventories and perform the procurement activities over the outside suppliers to keep the desired stock levels on the portfolio




- Supervise status & stock movements at the logistic partners
- Working closely with other departments

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field, is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

- More than 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain roles, within the FMCG industry in a complex portfolio environment, preferably on Make-up categories. Professional experience in Portugal or Spain is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Solid experience in SAP ERP on the MM & SD modules; experience in other ERP is advantageous.
- Experience on order entry and follow up order delivery to customers.
- Experience contacting final customers.
- Experience in stock analysis, stocks movements & inverse logistics.
- Experience analyzing and building KPI’s reporting.
- Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of second language, English, Portuguese, Italian.

Technical Knowledge:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and logistics challenges effectively.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
