You'll also own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Greenhouse and leverage AI throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve sourcing, efficiency, quality, and decision-making. We're a fast-paced, high-growth, fully remote company, and we're looking for someone proactive, highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You'll bring structure, thoughtfulness, and strong partnership to the recruiting process while helping us continue to maintain a collaborative, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience across the organization.

Develop creative sourcing strategies and engage exceptional talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent communities, and targeted outreach. Manage searches across a range of functions and levels, from individual contributors through senior leadership and executive roles. Deliver a seamless,



high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, with clear communication and thoughtful follow-through at every stage.

Own and optimize Greenhouse, including job setup, workflows, interview plans, scorecards, reporting, permissions, and recruiting data integrity. Track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and use data to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness. Support employer branding initiatives and partner with the People team on recruiting and broader People Operations priorities as needed Demonstrated success recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including senior leadership and executive-level positions. ~ Strong experience recruiting technical talent, including Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other technical and product-focused roles. ~ S. and international markets for remote, globally distributed teams. ~ Hands-on experience administering Greenhouse as a primary Applicant Tracking System, including workflows, interview plans, scorecards, reporting, and recruiting operations. ~ An AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness, including sourcing, research, outreach, candidate engagement, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency. ~ A proven ability to build trust and partner effectively with hiring managers, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders. ~ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and shifting priorities simultaneously. ~ A data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. ~ You pay attention to detail, are meticulous, and ensure quality work and compliance.
