Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide high-quality 3rd-line support for Betsson’s iGaming system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. You’ll learn the Gaming System architecture and configurations, work on challenging issues, and participate in ongoing system improvements. The role sits within the Gaming Area of Product Development and supports 25+ brands, focusing on scalability and high-quality user experiences. You’ll be part of a passionate, agile team investing in containerization and scalable, multi-brand platform evolution.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide high-quality 3rd line technical support for the iGaming system to Customer Support, Central Gaming, Partners, and engineers in multiple locations
• Participate in regular configurations of the iGaming system
• Learn the Gaming System and underlying business processes
• Communicate operational requirements with providers/business
• Collaborate with engineering,



operations and product teams to drive OKRs and operational excellence
• Contribute to the journey toward containerization and scalable, high-quality systems

Responsabilidades
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line technical support for a product-based system
• Strong C# .NET background (backend) and knowledge of microservices and APIs
• Frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and micro-frontend architecture
• Experience with QA, manual and automated testing
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Change Management processes
• Ability to prioritise requests using frameworks like MoSCoW or Impact/Urgency
• Self-starter with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
