Experteer Overview
In this permanent role based in Bermeo, you support the Laboratory Manager to run safe, reliable and efficient laboratory operations for testing and validation. You guide day-to-day execution, align activities with business priorities, and lead governance and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across RDE Testing u0026amp; Validation, engineering, operations and suppliers to strengthen performance and capabilities. The position also serves as the Laboratory Manager’s deputy, ensuring leadership continuity and timely risk escalation. The opportunity offers growth toward the Laboratory Manager role and contributes to Wärtsilä’s decarbonisation agenda.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management or another relevant technical field
• Experience in industrial/technical/engineering/testing/Ru0026D environment
• People leadership and team development experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Structured approach to planning, data-informed decision making, risk awareness and safety/compliance
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical actions and lead change
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Pragmatic leadership with integrity and accountability
• Travel approx. 10% for customer meetings
