In this role, you lead technology workstreams for REFS design and construction programs globally, ensuring IT delivery aligns with project milestones and Novartis standards. You collaborate with Design u0026amp; Construction, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners to enable safe, compliant, and well-connected workplaces. You manage end-to-end technology scope from feasibility to go-live and handover, driving timely, on-budget delivery. This is a strategic, general role with a strong focus on coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead technology workstreams for new builds, fit-outs, and major renovations across global projects
• Own end-to-end IT delivery through project lifecycle (Feasibility to Hypercare)
• Coordinate technology requirements with architects, project managers, engineers and construction teams
• Gather and document business/site technology requirements and coordinate design reviews
• Develop integrated project plans for REFS and IT activities; manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies
• Drive vendor and partner management, SOW reviews, change requests,



and procurement support
• Ensure technology components are tested and handed over before occupancy; coordinate hypercare
• Stakeholder management and alignment across REFS leadership and various domain teams

Responsabilidades
• 8-12+ years IT project management experience in global/multi-country environments
• Experience supporting workplace, facilities, construction, infrastructure, or real estate programs
• Proven track record delivering technology in construction or fit-out projects globally
• Knowledge of building design/construction processes and translating these to tech delivery
• Experience with external vendors and system integrators
• Strong planning, execution, risk management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with strong decision making and negotiation abilities
