Experteer Overview
In this role you act as a technical authority for complex tenders in power systems and substations, guiding the bid team with expert engineering judgment. You will own the technical definition of offers, interface with factories and suppliers, and ensure robust, cost-efficient solutions. Your work spans from engineering development to execution support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable competitive and technically sound proposals. • Serve as technical advisor for complex tenders, supporting bid and sales teams with expert engineering judgement
• Provide technical guidance to tender organization ensuring feasibility and competitiveness of solutions
• Own the technical definition of complex offers and act as reference for high-risk bids
• Lead technical interface with factories and suppliers, validating requirements and enabling commercial competitiveness
• Manage technical evaluation of supplier proposals and support cost/value optimization in negotiations
• Advise tender team on power system solutions including substations, control and protection, power quality and grid integration




• Identify technical risks and opportunities in offers and support mitigation during tender phase
• Support sales and tender managers in customer technical discussions and clarifications
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, internal standards and supplier capabilities
• Act as trusted technical reference and share knowledge to support decision-making across the offer organization

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years as senior engineer or technical expert in power systems, substations or grid integration projects
• Strong knowledge of substation systems, control and protection, power systems and power quality
• Experience as technical advisor for complex projects or tenders
• Exposure to supplier and factory technical management, including validation and cost-driven discussions
• Experience in multidisciplinary and high-value offers
• Autonomy, credibility and seniority to influence decisions
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, engineering, supply chain and suppliers
