Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Sourcing organization’s operating rhythms and coordinate governance across global teams. You drive alignment on priorities, KPIs, and budgets while ensuring policy compliance and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage supplier communications and external events to strengthen partnerships and enable supplier risk management and due diligence. This position offers broad exposure to sourcing, manufacturing, projects, and finance, with a focus on structured program execution and stakeholder influence.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead internal operating mechanisms for the Sourcing organization (weekly committee meetings, leadership staff meetings, supplier claims reviews, All Hands)
• Coordinate alignment on priorities, KPIs and budget across global teams and ensure policy compliance
• Support sourcing teams in navigating operational challenges and establishing consistent ways of working
• Prepare external communications (Quarterly Supplier Business meetings, ad-hoc announcements) and invitations
• Coordinate Wind Supplier Conference including logistics, budget and execution to strengthen supplier relationships
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree or equivalent (and at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects or Finance)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with influence capability
• Proven problem-solving ability and structured approach to complex tasks
• Willingness to travel (~5 trips/year) and Hybrid work arrangement
