The team

You will join the Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE) Health, Safety, Risk & Security team, reporting directly to the Senior Health & Safety, Risk & Security Manager.

In this role, you will hold operational safety responsibility for the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal), supporting a varied network of veterinary hospitals, clinics, and specialist establishments. Working in partnership with local clinical managers, practice staff, and central functions, you serve as the trusted link between strategic European safety policies and daily clinic operations. The team operates at a purposeful, agile pace, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving, pragmatic risk controls, and continuous safety culture improvement across diverse cultural and operational environments.
