We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in engines and mechanical components to join our international projects.

? What Will You Do?
• Maintain and update the Manufacturing Process Database, ensuring full consistency with GPS, SPRING and RFQ synthesis files.
• Ensure continuous synchronization between RFQ files, workload plans and project planning tools.
• Monitor project costs and quotations, including CPE / CPO / RCRC analysis, and highlight deviations and risks.
• Track and report Entrance Gate milestones and deliverables.
• Contribute to the definition and follow-up of the GWF (Integral Work File) planning and activities.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to ECOx milestones punctuality.
• Produce and synthesize QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) project reports for stakeholders.
• Support the adaptation and improvement of existing project and industrial processes to fit the client’s business needs.
• Act as a transversal interface between engineering, project, cost and industrial teams.

? Requirements:




• English: fluent.
• Solid experience as PM in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical product development and industrialization processes.
• Proven hands-on experience with Manufacturing Process Database.
• Good understanding of automotive project phases: Entrance Gate, RFQ, GWF, GWMC.
• Experience in cost control and project financial monitoring (CPE, CPO, RCRC).
• Ability to manage transversal activities, facilitate meetings and interact with multiple stakeholders.
• High capacity for analysis, synthesis and clear reporting.
• Comfortable working with collaborative tools (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).
• Agile mindset within an industrial / engineering environment.
