Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen the first line of defense for Revolut’s Wealth and Trading team by identifying and mitigating operational risks. You’ll design and test controls, develop procedures, and monitor risk indicators to support sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex data into actionable risk insights and incidents. This is an opportunity to shape risk culture in a fast-growing fintech and contribute to safer, scalable product delivery.

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes
• Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights
• 2:1 degree from a top university
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities
• Organised and methodical approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
