Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Ru0026amp;D project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within-budget product development and modernization initiatives for airport mobility solutions. You will partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to align on objectives and governance. You’ll report progress, manage risks, and enable decisions that sustain performance and scale across global environments. This position combines engineering excellence with program leadership in a multinational setting.

• Develop and maintain Ru0026D project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of planned deliverables
• Track project budgets, development costs and resource utilization
• Coordinate activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain
• Organize and facilitate project reviews, progress tracking and management reporting




• Escalate issues impacting objectives and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with product development process and governance requirements
• Maintain project documentation and KPI reporting

Responsabilidades
• Academic degree in engineering or Technical studies
• Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience in Product Development Processes u0026 Project Management Processes u0026 Tools in global environments
• Ability to lead initiatives in a matrix organization
• 5-7 years of work experience in program management or consultancy roles
• Location in Asturias (Baíña, Mieres)
• Analytical with facilitation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and high English level
• Willingness to travel
