Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead PR for the Avani and nhow brands across Europe u0026amp; Americas, shaping and executing strategic PR plans, managing agencies, and driving press activity. You will work with market PR leads, hotel teams and partners to heighten brand visibility and create compelling content and events. The position focuses on cross-market storytelling, media relations, and digital campaigns aligned with the group's upscale/luxury strategy. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute annual PR plans and continuous strategy for Avani and nhow brands
• Manage international PR agencies and market-led strategies
• Organise media events, briefings and press calls
• Build and maintain relationships with international media
• Identify PR opportunities and secure coverage
• Support hotel teams with international group press trips and journalist visits
• Organise hotel-led events to generate PR content
• Identify sponsorship and cross-promotion opportunities in Europe and LATAM
• Ensure hotels are listed in major awards and rankings




• Deliver PR induction and strategic support to new team members
• Track brand share of voice using digital tools and analyze competitor activity
• Create engaging social media strategies and influencer campaigns
• Prepare regular PR activity reports and media coverage summaries

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in PR, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle/consumer-brand communications or PR agency
• International experience highly valued
• Experience developing and executing global PR and social media plans for brands
• Experience in PR and social media for hotel soft brands, especially in franchise models
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications or Public Relations
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages beneficial
