The Alpega Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Spain. This role will be part of the Sales team of Road Heroes and is based in Catalonia.

Road Heroes is Alpega Group’s digital platform designed to connect truck drivers with transport companies across Iberia. Its core purpose is to help companies easily and safely match candidates with open roles. Roadheroes counts with the support of the leading freight exchange community in Iberia, WTransnet.

About The Role





The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our product. This role will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the Iberia market.

• You are capable of handling the full sales cycle from first interaction to signature of the deal.
• You will be in constant contact with potential B2B customers like transport companies.
• Your KPIs will be the new customers you can acquire, monthly revenue generated, and number of daily calls.
• Support and advise our clients to help them develop their business.
• Track all relevant activities in our CRM tool (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with your team and other departments to follow the strategy and sales process and to share best practices.
• In your first year, you are expected to achieve your targets, develop an excellent knowledge of the sales process and of the platform
