Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson at Unita Worldwide will support real estate transactions and partnership opportunities within the company’s business ecosystem, with a focus on the Barcelona market. This part-time hybrid role involves meeting clients on-site in Barcelona, conducting property viewings, and performing some tasks remotely, such as prospecting, follow-ups, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads,



presenting real property opportunities, advising clients on market conditions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful deals. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing basic sales materials, and delivering high-quality customer service that aligns with Unita’s standards of professionalism and trust.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, with strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Valid Real Estate License (or equivalent local certification) and practical knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations in Spain.
• Understanding of Real Property concepts, including property valuation, market analysis, and transaction processes.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within real estate or related sectors.
