Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and product documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Ensure requirements traceability and consistency across specifications, risk assessments, testing, and technical documentation.
• Oversee change control, version management, and baselines.




• Coordinate document reviews and approval processes.
• Support risk management, quality assurance, and design control activities.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Development, and Requirements Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong SAP experience – TOP PRIORITY / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.
• Experience in Configuration Management, Document Control, or Change Management.
• Background in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Diagnostics, IVD, or Pharma.
• Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and quality processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, Windchill, Jama, PTC Integrity, or similar platforms is a plus.
