Your Tasks
• Act as consultant for process expert departments on topics related to key figures




• Creating and managing reports and dashboards in Celonis and ServiceNow
• Management and quality assurance of the existing reporting system
• Optimize the management of our operational units through understandable and clear solutions
• You are part of a motivated, international team

Job requirements
• Desired University degree in Information Technology or similar
• You have experience in the field of reporting and process mining with Celonis, performance analysis and statistics (MUST HAVE)
• You have working experience in using or administering ServiceNow
• You are familiar with ITIL Foundation
• You understand service and support processes
• You are strong at analytical thinking and recognition of connections and dependencies between processes
• You are able to evaluate, review and test your own work
• You can prepare and conduct workshops confidently
• You can explain complex issues in a simplified way
