About The Role





We are looking for a commercially driven and technically minded Sales Manager to lead our sales organisation, accelerate business growth, and strengthen our position in the market.

In this role, you will combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on business development, building strong customer relationships and developing long-term partnerships across the value chain. You will work closely with General Management to define and execute the commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure we deliver on our ambitious business objectives.

A key part of your mission will be to position Consilium’s solutions early in the project design phase, influencing technical specifications and building relationships with engineering companies, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and end customers.
