We are seeking AI Trainers – Audio Speech Evaluators based in Spain to support an AI speech evaluation project. In this role, you will engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system across a variety of topics and scenarios. You will assess its speech and conversational performance and provide detailed feedback to help enhance the quality of AI-generated interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage in natural conversations with an AI bot for 20–30 minutes per session.
• Follow task guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational flow.
• Evaluate speech quality, including tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, intonation, clarity, pacing, and overall conversational effectiveness.
• Identify subtle inconsistencies or issues in the AI’s speech and conversational behavior.
• Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback based on established evaluation guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.





Candidate Requirements
• Native English speakers or candidates with demonstrably native-level spoken English.
• Excellent listening, speaking, and conversational skills.
• Strong ability to recognize nuances in pronunciation, accent, tone, pacing, and speaking style.
• Comfort with spontaneous, unscripted conversations with AI systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide precise, well-written feedback.
