The restaurant industry moves fast, but many restaurants still lose time and money managing their payments. At honei, we’re changing that.

We help restaurants across Spain get paid better and understand their business, with a payments platform that integrates natively with the main POS systems on the market.

Since day one, we’ve built a platform that already serves hundreds of restaurant clients in Spain. We’re a focused, driven, direct team that wants to build the go-to brand in restaurant payments. At honei, we believe in solving problems at the root, in doing great work, and in moving forward with focus and without friction.

Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on person who thinks strategy and executes it the same day. You’ll work in tandem with our Creative Lead, developing all brand and communication initiatives together, and you’ll report directly to the CEO, aligning on strategy, investment and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead honei’s marketing strategy: design and execute the 12-month plan,



prioritize channels based on where the business is, and define and track KPIs. You’ll own the department’s budget: forecast, investment and performance.
• Own demand generation: be responsible for the full funnel, from top-of-funnel to demo-to-activation conversion.
• Manage and scale paid channel: lead the agency currently running our campaigns, set the strategic direction, approve creatives and copy, decide the budget per channel, and open new channels when the moment calls for it.
• Organic content and lead magnets: direct the industry content strategy and the LinkedIn presence for the brand and the founders, defining what gets published, why and for whom.
• Industry events: decide on participation, format and goals for key trade shows (HIP and others), working in tandem with the Creative Lead on concept and production.
• Align with product and sales: work with product to inform positioning, pricing and launches, and with sales
