Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the day-to-day operations and expansion of the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), ensuring high availability and performance for EU customers. You’ll collaborate with global AWS teams to evolve services and technology while driving reliability and efficiency. You’ll operate at scale on one of AWS’s largest software systems, solving complex incidents and contributing to continuous improvements. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping secure, scalable cloud operations for Europe.

• Oversee ongoing operations and growth of ESC; collaborate with global AWS teams to influence service evolution
• Monitor operational health, diagnose anomalies, and produce actionable bug reports
• Follow formal change management when updating production systems
• Resolve operational backlog and implement improvements to availability, reliability, latency,



and performance
• Develop and share tooling (scripts) to accelerate root-cause analysis
• participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents outside business hours

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting
• Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (currently pursuing acceptable)
• EU national and residing in the EU; fluency in English
• Relocation support available within EU
• On-call work experience or willingness to participate in on-call rotations
