As Learning u0026amp; Development Manager at Fever, you will shape Fever's Lu0026amp;D strategy and policy, own the learning budget, and drive scalable, data-driven learning across the organization. You will partner with People and department leads to design learning journeys and career progression, while refining e-learning platforms and governance. You will own analytics and reporting to stakeholders and ensure content governance. This role blends strategy and hands-on content creation in a fast-growing, international environment. Based in Madrid, hybrid.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and maintain Fever's learning strategy and policies, including budget guidelines and provider governance
• Act as escalation point for learning matters and advise on risks and recommendations
• Define and own the learning roadmap aligned with career paths and growth frameworks
• Collaborate with department leads to create learning journeys supporting progression across roles
• Manage the end-to-end learning budget and optimize spend for ROI
• Identify and apply cost-recovery and grant schemes (e.g., FUNDAE) across markets
• Oversee e-learning platform relationships, drive content improvements, adoption and UX
• Streamline Lu0026D workflows and automate processes to reduce friction
• Own Lu0026D analytics and dashboards,



translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Guide creation and governance of training content with business teams and ensure scalability
• Maintain a single source of truth for training materials and update governance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Learning u0026 Development with ownership of Lu0026D strategy and policy
• Experience managing a learning budget end-to-end, including grants or levies (FUNDAE experience is a strong plus)
• Hands-on experience with an e-learning platform/LMS and driving adoption
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build dashboards and derive insights
• Experience designing and governing training content with business partners
• Strong stakeholder management in a fast-growing environment
• Experience in international, multi-country organizations; exposure to training funding schemes beyond Spain is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Highly organized with a bias for automation and scalable solutions
